Saint Alphonsus is currently contracted to perform baseline assessments and follow-up care for those athlete's who have suffered a concussion while in season for a sport at the Junior High Schools.

They will be following the BSD Management Plan with only minor differences as outlined in the JH Management Plan Document.

Assessment Tools
C3 Logix is an iPad-based assessment system that saves all results in the cloud. There are 8 testing modules included in this system.

- SAC (Standard Assessment of Concussion)
- BESS (Balance Error Scoring Sysstem)
- Visual/Ocular
- Simple Reacation Time
- Choice Reaction Time
- Trails B-A
- Processing Speed
Sports Medicine Staff will be using the SCAT-6 Concussion Assessment Tool (or something similar) to help gater information about an athlete when assessing for a concussion.
